It is primarily aimed at novice teachers (less than 8 years of teaching practice) but is also open to teachers with more experience. The program consists of about 9 conversation sessions of about 60 minutes, which take place approximately once a week. The sessions are individual, only one member of the team and one teacher participate. Through conversation about day-to-day situations, the teacher&#8217;s narrative is worked on to improve their emotional experience towards the situations they face professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a support program that is based on the team&#8217;s research and that is, at the same time, an object of research. Thus, during the program, the teacher&#8217;s narrative is continuously analyzed and the work of the following conversation sessions is focused on the basis of that analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a teacher who lives in a situation of discomfort or emotional exhaustion and you think that you might be interested in participating in the USDN, you can write to erims.udl@gmail.com.
